Many organisations see surplus stock as something small and unimportant. As a customer once said to me: "you can't get big here with surplus stock". When he said it, I could see in a way he was right - their surplus stock problems were negligible. And after all, it makes sense that organisations don't want to focus on something that barely makes up one percent of their sales. Yet this is precisely the beauty of our concept - for us it's our core business. We know what manufacturers are looking for is a reliable partner so they don't need to put too much input into it. I find it a tremendous challenge to find exactly the right solution time and again and I'd like to take up this challenge together with you.
