EURO OVERSTOCK B.V. was established by Micha Elte and Bart Stolmeijer in 2008.

As director of a family business, Micha built up over ten years’ experience in the field of procurement and sales. He also has experience in the fast-moving consumer goods segment, as for a long time he acted as consultant for a company holding the distribution rights for Mumtaz.

Bart attended the Marketing and Sales Traineeship at Unilever, and worked for Unilever as an assistant account manager with responsibility for Superunie and Albert Heijn. From the time he joined, Bart was in charge of sales of Unilever’s surplus stock.

After two and a half years of really enjoying working for Unilever, he decided to embark on this venture with Micha. After winning Unilever over with its EURO OVERSTOCK model, the business has gone from strength to strength. In the last years, we have managed to convince many A-brand suppliers of the merits of the EURO OVERSTOCK concept.
